About Us

We are three practicing Professional Coaches (ICF Credentialed), with in excess of 30 years Mentor Coaching and Coaching experience between us.

Our goal is to work with Coaches to enable them to become the best Coaches they can be, in a supportive and collaborative way. We do this by providing Mentor Coaching, which meets the International Coach Federation (ICF) requirement for credential purposes, and for Coaches to hone their coaching skills to move to higher levels of coaching mastery.

Over the years we have provided Mentor Coaching to over 200 Coaches, which has been a deeply rewarding and inspiring experience.

Molly Kain

Molly Kain is a highly experienced Integral Coach who has coached senior executives and senior management, start up businesses and personal coaching in many organisations across a diverse range of business sectors. She runs her own Coaching Practice and is also a faculty member – The Center for Coaching – at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. She is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, having completed over 2500 hours of client coaching, approximately 400 mentor coaching hours, and more than 400 hours of coach training.

Previous Background

Molly has been a Professional Coach since 2011. Molly has extensive experience in Retail Management, having spent over 30 years creating, managing, and delivering displays and in-store merchandise presentations. As a display artist and manager, working for a number of large South African Corporates over a 15 year period, she worked closely with her fellow managers to create and deliver customer value. She fully understands the urgency that defines retail operations and she is no stranger to the relentless pressure placed on staff and management to constantly perform at a higher standard every day.

Having realized her corporate retail management goals, she set up her own display business and for a further period of 15 years, she and her team of staff crafted displays and in-store presentation services, to a number of Corporate Retail clients. This work ultimately led Molly into coaching, as she had developed a range of people management skills over the years, that assisted her to work with others to develop their unrealized potential. Coaching provided her with the opportunity to enhance and further practice these skills, to the benefit of all her coaching clients.

Neil Harper

Neil Harper is a highly experienced Integral Coach who has coached senior executives and senior management in many organisations across a diverse range of business sectors. He is also a highly experienced Mentor Coach with over ten years of Mentor Coaching experience. Neil has been a Professional Coach since 2011. Prior to this Neil worked as an Executive in a large South African Bank (+10 years) where he built up extensive leadership and management experience and headed up many different line functions. He is a previous “Boss of the Year” finalist.

During his time in the corporate world, Neil completed Executive Development programs at the Harvard and Wits Business Schools.

His coaching training includes completing the Associate Coaching and Professional Coaching courses as well as the three-year Coaching Mastery School program at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town.

Building on his financial sector background and experience, since leaving the corporate world, Neil completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in support of his Wealth Coaching practice.

Nicola van Wyngaarden

Nicola is a Certified Professional Integral Coach, with a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation. She is committed to rigorous coaching as a way to access the individual’s best performance, create insights, open opportunities, embrace change, and to choose the way forward for a more productive and fulfilling life.

She has her own coaching practice and is also a faculty member at The Centre for Coaching at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.

Previous Background

Before starting her career as a coach in 2009, Nicola spent some time in broadcasting and also as a newspaper journalist, and has played a role in personnel selection in the hedge fund industry. She has significant experience of major life challenges and considers that her education at the “University of Life” gives her a deep understanding of facing adversity.
