Earn ICF Core CCE Units through Mentor Coaching
What is Mentor Coaching?
According to the International Coach Federation (ICF), Mentor Coaching consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
Mentor Coaching provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.
Mentor Coaching (10 hours) should take place over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored.
Meet Our Coaches
We are three practising Professional Coaches (ICF Credentialed), with in excess of 30 years Mentor Coaching and Coaching experience between us.
Our goal is to work with Coaches to enable them to become the best Coaches they can be, in a supportive and collaborative way. We do this by providing Mentor Coaching, which meets the International Coach Federation (ICF) requirement for credential purposes, and for Coaches to hone their coaching skills to move to higher levels of coaching mastery.
Over the years we have provided Mentor Coaching to over 200 Coaches, which has been a deeply rewarding and inspiring experience.

Coaching Packages
We offer Coaching programmes for Executive Coaching, Life Coaching, ICF Mentor Coaching for credential purposes and to support Coaches in their professional development.
Professional Development
Earn ICF Core CCE Units- The professional development programme is for individual Coaches who would like to work with one of our highly experienced Mentor Coaches on their professional development, to hone their coaching skills and move to higher levels of coaching mastery.
- It could also be for Coaches who would like to have a safe space to explore specific changes they would like to bring about in their coaching practice as well as to work on specific areas of their coaching approach.
- There is no set amount of Mentor Coaching hours that the Coach needs to commit to. This programme can range from ad-hoc Mentor Coaching sessions all the way through to a Mentor Coaching programme over 12 sessions.
- Mentor Coaching sessions (Zoom / Teams / Skype) will be scheduled as required and agreed upon with your Mentor Coach.
Individual
ICF Mentor Coaching- The individual programme is for those whose preference is to have a personal coaching experience with one of our Mentor Coaches. Over the course of the Mentor Coaching programme, you will be required to provide five 30-minute recordings of your coaching conversations. The Mentor Coaching programme consists of 10 hours of (Zoom / Teams / Skype) over a minimum of three months structured as follows:
- Chemistry Session (30min): This is a meet and greet session where you get to know your prospective Mentor Coach and they get to know you to see if there is a good fit which is necessary for a successful Mentor Coaching outcome. Should you feel a different Mentor Coach would serve your needs better you will be encouraged to schedule a chemistry session with one of our other Mentor Coaches.
- Session 1 (90 min) – During this initial intake session, you will have the opportunity to share more about your coaching approach and the underlying coaching methodology your prior coach training is based on. This is important as the Mentor Coaching process will build on the coaching foundation you have already established in line with the ICF Core Competencies. You will also have the opportunity to clarify your objectives for your Mentor Coaching programme.
